Franci began her coaching career in 2001 at BGM Jr-Sr High School, where she currently works as a para educator, splitting her time between special education and at-risk students. Over her 25 years, she has coached a variety of squads including high school football, basketball, and wrestling cheer, junior high football and basketball cheer, YSF youth football cheer, and a year of all-star cheer.  Franci has always set high expectations for her cheerleaders and strives to teach important life skills they can take with them after graduation. In 2019 she was awarded the ICCA Distinguished Service Award.  She has had cheerleaders participate in ICCA All-State, State Competition, and Honor Squad.  After serving multiple terms on the ICCA Rep Council, Franci joined the Board of Directors as an At-Large Representative in 2023. She is proud to be part of an organization like the ICCA that offers endless education and networking for coaches and gives cheerleaders additional opportunities beyond cheering on the sideline.

Franci lives in Brooklyn and values family time with her four adult children and six grandchildren. She is an active volunteer in her community and she enjoys crafting, listening to music, and traveling.
